 Then you're going to want to stage your home for sale.  If you've ever watched HGTV then you know a home that is staged looks great and sells faster than one that is not.  And many times staging will produce a top of the market sale price because it looks so darn nice.  You can hire a professional stager to come in for a few hours and work with you to arrange your furniture or they can even bring furniture in if needed.

And lastly, don't forget the curb appeal.  Again, just like that first date, you want your home to look its very best. You only get one change to make a first impression.
